The camera
Do I need a memory card?
Yes. The Kandid saves photos to a microSD card and has no internal storage, so you need a card to start shooting. The Complete Bundle includes a 64GB card, or use any microSD you already have at home.
How do I get the photos onto my phone?
Connect the camera to your computer with the included cable, or pop the memory card into a reader, and drag your photos wherever you want them: camera roll, group chat, printer. No app, no account.
Do the photos really look like that?
Yes. The hard flash, the grain, and the warm color are what the camera naturally shoots. It's not a filter you apply, it's how a real compact digicam sees the world. That's the whole point.
What colors does it come in?
Black, Silver, and Pink. Same camera, same flash, same one button. Pink sells out first, you've been warned.
Is it hard to use?
If you can press one button, you're overqualified. Point it, click it, pass it to a friend. That's the whole manual.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge easily covers a night out. Charge it like your phone before you leave and forget about it.
How many photos fit on the 64GB card?
Thousands. Realistically, more nights out than a year can hold. You will not run out mid-party.

How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 days. Order before 4 PM and it dispatches the same day.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on U.S. orders over $50. Below that, you'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay anything.
Where's my order?
You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If the email is hiding, check spam first, then message us with your order number and we'll chase it down.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. U.S. only for now, so we can keep delivery fast and returns painless. International is on the list.
I typed the wrong address. Can I fix it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Message us as fast as you can with your order number and the correct address. Once it's dispatched, the address is locked in with the carrier.
Returns & guarantee
How does the 30-day try-it guarantee work?
Exactly like it sounds. Take the Kandid out, shoot real nights with it, and if it's not for you within 30 days of delivery, send it back for a full refund. No essay required.
How do I start a return?
Message us with your order number and "return" anywhere in the message. You'll get instructions and the return address back within one business day.
Mine arrived damaged. What now?
That's on us. Send a photo of the damage plus your order number and we'll ship a replacement out, no return trip required for the broken one.
